Timing Belt Repair & Replacement

The timing belt controls the timing of the crankshaft and camshaft. Because it is made of rubber, eventually it wears down over time and will break. When a timing belt breaks, the engine will stop running or the components will be out of sync, this causes damage to the engine.

Additionally, a timing belt breaking can lead to a collision between the engine's valves and pistons, causing expensive damage. A worn timing belt can also affect the engine's timing, leading to poor performance, reduced fuel efficiency, and increased emissions.
